Today we’re going to highlight a piece of amazing concept art for our latest character. Right now we’re calling him  “Mr. Robot,” because that was the first thing that popped into our heads.

It’s Chat Fu! The game that turns regular conversations in Facebook Chat into intense battles of wits. We’re not kidding. We’ve played it ourselves (it’s fun!!). Get ready for an experience we can honestly say is like nothing else on Facebook (or possibly the universe).

We’re currently knee-deep in development on the game, and looking at a release this Summer. As of now, we will be periodically updating the game’s progress on this blog. For now, take a look at this super-sweet trailer we made for GDC to whet your appetite:

In what is sure to be our first in a regular series of zany travel misadventures, Blot Interactive will be at the Game Developers’ Conference in San Francisco this month!

We’ll be part of Telefilm’s Canadian videogame showcase and OMDC’s GDCPlay Kiosk. Which means we get booth space. Which means San Francisco has no idea what they’re in for…

If you want a sneak peek at Chat Fu, it’ll be playable at either Kiosks K61 or K62 on the GDCPlay Floor March 27, from 1-4 pm.

Don’t have time to get over to the kiosk? No sweat! We’ll be at GDC in the flesh for the entire span of the conference, from March 25-29, so we may run into you while we’re on the floor. Which we can guarantee will be an event that will dramatically change your life from that day forward (probably).
